The short version

PerPoly has no accounts, no passwords and no sign-up. You connect a wallet, and the only thing that identifies you here is its public address. We never ask for your name, your email or any document, and we never hold your private keys.

Who we are

PerPoly is a trading venue for perpetual positions on the probabilities published by Polymarket. Margin and payouts move as ETH on Robinhood Chain. The house is the counterparty on every position.

What we store

If you only browse the site

Standard server request data: IP address, browser and device type, and which pages were requested.
Local storage that keeps the site working and remembers which wallet you last connected. It never leaves your browser. This site sets no cookies at all, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

If you connect a wallet and trade

Your public wallet address.
Your balance on the platform, and every deposit and withdrawal, including the transaction hash.
Every position you open: the market, the side, the leverage, the margin, the entry, the liquidation level, the fees, and how it settled.

If you write to us

Whatever you choose to send us, including any address you give us so we can reply.

What we never store

Private keys, seed phrases or anything that could move funds out of your wallet. A transaction is signed inside your own wallet and we never see the key that signed it.
Names, addresses, dates of birth or identity documents. We do not run identity checks.
Payment card or bank details. Money only ever moves on chain.

Why we store it

To run the book. A balance, a position and a settlement cannot exist without a record of them. This is the reason for almost everything on the list above.
To stop a deposit being credited twice. Transaction hashes are kept permanently for exactly this reason.
To keep the site working and find out what broke. Server logs, kept short.
To answer you. If you write to us.

We do not sell any of it, and we do not use it to profile you or advertise to you.

What is public anyway

Robinhood Chain is a public blockchain. Every deposit to the treasury and every withdrawal from it is visible to anyone, forever, along with the addresses involved. That is a property of the chain, not something we choose, and it is outside our control.

Polymarket prices come from Polymarket's public API. We send market identifiers to it. We never send it anything about you.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and database providers, who store the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
Nobody else, unless a law or a valid court order requires it.

How long we keep it

Trading records and deposit hashes: kept for as long as the venue operates, because they are the ledger.
Server logs: a short rolling window.
Messages you send us: until the conversation is finished, then deleted.

Your choices

Disconnect at any time. Disconnecting a wallet clears what the browser remembered about it. It does not close open positions.
Clear what the browser kept. Clearing site data for this domain removes the only thing stored locally, which is the name of the wallet you last used.
Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Write to us. We cannot delete records the law requires us to keep, and we can never delete anything from the blockchain, because nobody can.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access runs server side only, behind row level security, and the browser is never given a key that can read the tables. The treasury key that pays withdrawals is held on the server and is never sent to a browser.

No system is perfect. If you find a weakness, tell us before you tell anyone else.

Children

PerPoly is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about anyone who is.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and a material change will be announced on the site before it takes effect.
